Quality has always been central to our manufacturing process with a Quality System approved to MIL-I-45208 in the 1970’s. Our current ISO 9001 compliant Quality System was implemented in the mid 1990’s. The production process for all Alan products is fully documented with bill of materials, assembly instructions, drawings, and test procedures.
Alan Industries is an approved supplier to the US Government under our FSCM 52750.
WARRANTY:
ALAN INDUSTRIES warrants its products for a period of one year from date of shipment to be free from defects caused by faulty material or poor workmanship. The liability of ALAN INDUSTRIES under this warranty is limited to replacing, repairing or issuing credit, at its option, for any products which are returned by the purchaser during this period. Please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before returning any product for warranty repair.
No other warranty is expressed or implied. ALAN INDUSTRIES is not liable for consequential damage.
